Say what you are trying to do, in your own words, and answer a few plain questions. Dehaun assembles the draft from clauses a Nigerian lawyer has already approved. It never writes law of its own.

A verified lawyer applies judgment.
Send it to a verified Nigerian lawyer at a set price, or ask several what they would charge and pick one by name. You see their years at the Bar and what they would do before you choose. Comments come back clause by clause.

Every party signs, digitally.
Everyone signs in the browser, and you watch it happen party by party. If somebody declines you hear at once. Dehaun keeps a fingerprint of exactly what was signed, so nobody can quietly change it afterwards.

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Is Dehaun a law firm?
No. Dehaun is software. It never gives legal advice. It assembles documents from a clause library that Nigerian lawyers wrote and approved, and independent verified lawyers review the ones that matter.
Is this just an AI chatbot for legal questions?
No. Dehaun does not answer freeform legal questions or write law of its own. Every clause a document can contain was written and approved by a lawyer before it was ever eligible to appear. The AI chooses between approved clauses; it never invents one.
Do I still need a lawyer?
For anything with real stakes, yes, and Dehaun makes that the easy option rather than the expensive one. Any document can go to a verified lawyer before you rely on it.
How do I get a lawyer to read my document?
Two ways. Take the set price and the first available verified lawyer picks it up, which is what most people want. Or ask several to quote, and choose one on their name, their years at the Bar and what they say they would do for the fee.
How are the lawyers checked?
By hand, one at a time. A lawyer gives their bar number when they apply and nobody reaches a client until a person has confirmed it. There are no star ratings, because a rating built on a handful of reviews is a guess wearing a number.
What happens to my money if the review never comes back?
It comes back to you. A fee is held rather than paid out, and it only reaches the lawyer once the review is delivered. If nobody picks the work up, or it is cancelled, the money is returned. If the review arrives and you think it was not good enough, you can dispute it and a person at Dehaun decides, with their name against the decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no subscription. You buy credits and spend them on the things that cost us something to run: NGN 200 to draft a document, NGN 300 to analyse one you upload, NGN 100 for a clean signed copy. Everything else, storing, searching, reminders, obligations, the calendar, is free and stays free. A lawyer's fee is separate again, and always shown in full before you commit.
Who can see my documents?
You, the people you share a workspace with, and any lawyer you send a document to. Access is checked on the server on every single request, not just hidden in the interface, and every time a document is read, changed or signed it is written to an audit log you can see.
